A vocational, life skills and leadership program with a concentration on etiquette, violence prevention, health and wellness, teen dating violence, character building, media literacy, healthy relationships, higher learning, teen sexuality, Aids prevention & awareness, media literacy, entrepreneurship, areer exploration employment packaging, coaching, maintenance and referrals and more... This is a comprehensive training where participants will also learn how to  express themselves through the arts in a healthy manner (optional).

Participants will gain an understanding of entrepreneurial exploration, employment packaging and maintenance, higher learning college exploration and the energy that goes into holding an event, creating a production and becoming a producer." "B.L.E.N.G" “Bringing life empowerment nourishment and growth! “ 

Building better Communities is the focus for this presentation. This is a parent and leadership support group and training to help leaders and parents relate to a media generation and actually parent a generation that is so heavily influenced by so many outside factors. A  "piece of the project is dedicated to helping parents understand how to keep up-to-speed with all of the current situations that youth are facing and what resources that are available in our communities. Also providing a focus on Career/Employment, Entrepreneurship character and resilience building, parenting resource sharing and mentoring. 

"The Sweet Smell of Success" A sweet smell of success..."Moto Ndani "Finding the fire within you. Developing a healthy vision to create a healthy you. A motivational session that shares the sweet smell of success from Suga T and her life transformation. She will share how she became a successful business owner of Suga T Fragrances during a domestic violence relationship as well as how she became a guinness friendly record of having the biggest brother and sister Hip Hop duet ever with her brother E-40. She will share in-dept realistic tools that others can use to better their lives in-spite of the adversity in their lives . This is a great workshop series or one time session that can be life changing to victims of domestic violence or violence, low self esteem, low motivation or hope, the prison or juvenile hall system, teen pregnancy, drug and alcohol, poverty and more...

Play Camp The Play Camp is an awareness, prevention and intervention project. It will empower youth and families to express themselves through the arts and turn negative energy into positive energy while sharpening their social skills and artistic gifts. This enrichment style activity will also present media literacy highlighting healthy living and healthy entertainment. Participants will experience the energy that goes into holding an event, creating a production and becoming a producer." Participants will also learn the elements of character building. This is a project based program and is a play written by Suga-T taught in collaboration of experts in the field of arts, education and human services along with volunteers and the community.
